Our Products

All Phallix products are fully handmade by our highly experienced and skilled glass blowers. That’s why each product deviates in size and color. Deviations in dimensions are very limited, colors may and will vary widely per product. Therefore, no rights can be derived from images on websites or elsewhere.

I’ve just bought a new Phallix and noticed some small marks on the shaft, is this a flaw or damaged in any way?

The small surface marks or lines that you are describing happen occasionally and are the result of handling by our staff in the production and packaging of our products. From time to time while being handled or stored in our product bins they may rub or contact another piece and this contact may leave marks on the surface of the glass. While we do our best to minimize such contact it is unavoidable and these small surface lines are considered within the bounds of our quality control guidelines. They are not flaws or dangerous in any way and do not compromise the structural integrity of the product, posing no potential for harm. All of our glass is Polariscope tested and properly screened for flaws or any potential problems both in it’s raw and finished forms to ensure that the Phallix that you receive is totally safe for a lifetime of enjoyment.

I’ve noticed some air bubbles in the glass, is this a potential problem?

No, small air bubbles will inevitably happen as the artist works the different colored glass into or onto other piece of glass. Air will occasionally get trapped within the glass and poses no potential problems.

Note: There are a number of other glass dildos appearing on the market of dubious origin. There is a potential safety issue if they are not manufactured to exacting standards with the right quality material as exemplified by Phallix.

Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 15 days. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.

Accidentally sent a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try will try to re-address the order for you. We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging i.e. plain boxes or padded envelopes for smaller items. The name Phallix will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging. Your credit or debit card statement will show the name ‘Phallix Europe’.


Phallix Europe and Phallix Glass Inc. are never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for each individual application by the consumer, or for any advice regarding the use or application of the products. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to Phallix Europe in writing. Returns of the products must be done in the original sealed packaging.

Return & Refund

Orders at can be canceled up to 14 days after receipt without notice, when the package is unopened. When you open the package, your order is final and can not be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.

Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged, plus all shrink wrapping, packaging and/or leaflets and instructions must be intact. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse.

You MUST return all leaflets, cards, instruction manuals and packaging with your order as we may not be able to process your replacement without this information.

As soon as we have received your returned parcel back at our warehouse we will process your choice of a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. This will be within 30 days. If you would like to check on the status of your returned parcel please contact with your order number. Once submitted, refunds will take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

We highly recommend obtaining a free proof of postage when you send your return just in case it is lost in transit or there is any issue with us receiving it back at the warehouse. Don’t forget to hold onto this until we’ve processed your refund or replacement.
